The only thing this tinubu govt can do better than any government on earth is to destroy business and scare off investors . Investors are watching how this government is insulting and frustrating TGI. Hope TGI too doesn't call FG bluff and pack up like GSK who refused to be insulted in a forceful take over by tinubu and his government friends illegally .

TGI have over 10,000 direct employees and over 100,000 indirect employees .
TGI owns titan trust bank, former owner of chi limited (chivita, happy hour, exotic juice...,hollandia milk and yougurt, beefie and superbite etc)union bank ,Wacot rice - big bull, terra vegetable oil and seasonings, Romson oil and gas, real estates in thousands, wacot seeds,TGI distri ,chi farms, shipping lines ,cormat, chi marines, fludor and so many companies .

Now see the embarrassment over unfounded and false allegation ,just because you have beef with emefiele.

Never seen a dull govt like this .

TGI too will close up if this becomes too much .

When chilimited was sold to coca cola International in huge financial trasaction, the money was invested immediately with other shareholders funds to acquire union bank , TGI is a very big multinational company but FG want to chase it away like GSK and PG,Sanofi etc.
They should just honour the invitation and clear the air. Simple!

This panel is a disgrace by people under this kleptomanic government that wants to take over union bank but failed ,same way they failed in taking over Gsk.

But brainless people like you can see beyond begging and party loyalty.

This your question just make me laugh. I don't know why I find it so funny.

$500 million should be a chicken change to a man who had been in banking industry for years rising from the lower rank until he became Zenith Bank MD and finally became a CBN governor, don't you think so? At the level he got to in life, and considering the kind of network he had, he could easily spot investment/money making opportunities that can easily fetch him that money.

By the way, what makes you think the $500 million used to buy Union Bank was Emefiele's money

Only the money they sold chi limited (chivita, exotic ,hollandi, beefie, superbite etc etc products )to Coca-Cola international will go a long way in buying union bank.

If una pursue TGI like una pursue Gsk and pg , na you sabi

TGI owns 13 companies in Nigeria and have over 10000 direct employees. Wacot rice, wacot seeds ,terra ,romson o&g,real estates, chi marines, chi farms, chi feeds, fludor, cormat etc etc.

There's no Coca cola international in Nigeria, what you have here is a subsidiary called NBC.
If you think house of chi sale deal is anywhere close to $500m then I'd say you don't know what you're saying.

Sir,

Without stealing and the rest atrocities, if you are given birth to in a bank and you follow the same trajectory as Emefiele, 500 million dollars CAN Never be a chicken change sir because there is no way you could have earned that throughout your sojourn. Claiming to have the connection to have acquired same is tantamount to " stories".

Please shut up, you are embarrassing yourself.

Think!!!!
With the situation of the economy in Nigeria, who do you think would invest in this country if not dishonest people.

No stable electricity , no good roads , underdeveloped market, fluntuating exchange rate, even the laws are flawed .

Whoever is investing in this country is either someone who is not thinking of pulling his money out anytime soon or someone who already has a plan to beat and cheat his way around all those obstacles .

I get your point. But you are limiting your perception to the amount he could earn from salary and other bonuses and allowances in the course of his career. But I am looking far beyond that.

You need to understand that we live in a very interesting time where a nobody with seemingly no connection can suddenly wake up tomorrow and discover he his a multimillionaire! Without committing any crime! If this can happen to a 'nobody' what do you think can happen to a person like Emefiele with his status, powerful connections and access to privileged information? Although I am not saying the man is clean but I insist that he can make that $500 million and even more, legitimately through investment and several businesses.

The moment I saw the report is by Yusuff Ali, I knew it will be thorough, credible and top notch investigative journalism. God bless that man. Any aspiring investigative journalist should follow Yusuf Ali.

He is so good that he has remained like the Northern star and has made his reports about the issues and not drawing controversies around himself or the personalities. Yusuf Ali will not go on Twitter to beg for money to fund a fake indomie iphone digital lifestyle.

Union Bank will be repossessed by FG. The shareholders have already forfeited the bank to Emefiele as alleged in the Obazee report. Check my signature for free stuffs!

Oga your bias stinks, the CBN investigator is playing media trial. If he has all the evidence let him boldly use EFCC to begin probe proceedings and not all this mumbo jumbo.
