First, HSG is not really an investigation you may want to rely on. I mean its an outdated investigation with needless pay yet less precision.
My advice is that you should get a fertility expert since your copulation is now 6 months which has likely ruled out primary infertility. You may have entered secondary infertility but all hope is not lost. If you are in Lagos, i may suggest a Doctor that could be a true guide in the journey

You may need to check the meaning of primary and secondary infertility again. What you have here is completely wrong.

I think that's blocked fallopian tubes. Meaning sperm isn't allowed to flow to fertilize her eggs to enable conception. There are solutions to it. I've heard of massage and other remedies. In worst case scenario, IVF is recommended. Wishing you the best and I sincerely pray you overcome this as there's no problem without solution.

Hi all, recently got married sometimes may this year. Efforts to get preggy has been quite tasky so we thought to run fertility test this month and the result came out i had a good Sperm count but wifey had ‘Bilateral Tubal Blockage’ (result attached).

Im currently out of town (with her) where the test was done so there is no possible way to interprete it further. I called the doctor and he said he would recommend herbs. Please anyone who has gone through similar experience kindly share your ordeal with me as it would guide my next action and medical docs could pls shed more light on the result attached as well. Im resolved to going through this journey with wifey and ensuring she doesnt go depressed.

Tubal blockage can be treated. Don't do IVF, thats a waste of money. Look for a Doctor who does Minimal Invasive gynecology. They will do a proceedure that will open the tubes via hysteroscopy and that will be the end of that story. Someone I know who did it had it painless and did not need to be admitted in the hospital.
As for herbs, it is 50-50. Be careful the herbs you put in your body though. Goodluck.

IVF clinics do this but I will strongly advise against it. Because their aim is to make you to do IVF and spend big money.
