Why are you this senseless ?
Passion over marriage ?
Passion affecting your way of life or what ?
Can you even hear yourself, did you read the part where she said, he sometimes get aggressive and depressed before giving this stupid opinion ?
All Arsenal Players and board has their own life to leave so is he, I don't see a reason why someone will be super obsessed like that.
That's a total red flag and might cause lifetime damage if not controlled on time.

It is not good to insult an already made idiots.

How is that a passion? Pls explain.

Isn't that a means of depression?

Won't he return home one day and destroy things just because his team lost? What stake does he have in assets of Arsenal? Will he do that to his boss?

Arsenal doesn't even know he exist.
Rubbish dot com

It seems you don't watch football

Wow, my late husband was also an arsenal fan. He said he started following because of Thierry Henry. Our second son is named Theophilus in honour of Theophilus Walcott. I hate football because he dedicated so much time to it. My kids have taken over now. I refused to subscribe for GOTV for two weeks when my kids own was getting too much. To make matters worse, one of them is a footballer and the other a basketballer. So I have to endure football, basketball and wrestling now.

I meet him July this year, everything about him is cool. My only worry is his fanatical support for arsenal which I consider the worst club on earth.

He keeps disturbing me of how his club will win the league, but whenever they lose he becomes super depressed and aggressive.

We have talked about this many times and he has sworn to change.
But this night he came back very late and was making so much noise, shouting and yelling
Then I googled scores and saw that his club lost today

I can't take it anymore
He is not the first guy I have dated that loved football. His own is that when his club loss it affects him very bad.

I have even suggested he should stop supporting arsenal but he won't listen.
After this night rubbish he just displayed I'm thinking of calling it quits.

Am I overreacting??

Stop pointing out that the issue is arsenal fc. Start a campaign of maturity and tell him to grow up. He cannot lead you of be the head of family when he cannot handle just a game loss of his darling club.

Ask him if he ever wonder how the players cope with their family when some of them may not even support their paying and playing club?

He is behaving immature and need to stop. It is.juat like you getting angry and sad for days if a guy in BBnaija got eliminated and you refuse to do your duties as a wife.

Hi there,

I’ll start by saying your bf isn’t matured.

I am a huge New England Patriots fan and a fan of the English National Team. So much that I have yearly Super Bowl Party.

I even did a give away when we made it Euro final only for us to loose in the final against the people in blue. I was so happy when we traded Jorginho from Chelsea to Arsenal. ( I am a closet Chelsea fan ) because he scored the penalty against us ( England).

That said he has to learn to compartmentalize.

I recall during the Kobe Lakers years . I am a huge fan. I’ll be sitting down and my Gf then would say “ yes, I am happy the Lakers are loosing ” . I almost choked her and dragged her to drink water from the toilet bowl . I was brimming with anger 😡. Furious . Unapologetic. I said , would you get out of here before I do something I regret. This is life to me. It is life and death.
Same-thing when Patriots played Atlanta and we came back to win 34-28.

Just to say I am a huge sports fan.
That said , what I told my other gf was that instead of being insensitive to my plight . To give me some breathing room. I am hurt and I need time to heal . As a dude, I needed to remember that it is just a game and not to take it too serious .

It isn’t enough in my book to break up unless it becomes violent.

Sorry it’s long

Tell him to enjoy football without sentiment.
If he has been involved in sport betting he should reduce it or bet without sentiment

Why won't you breakup with him when ladies need nothing to get the next available guy?

Just a little make up and red lipstick 💋, half-dressed and smiles-thats all

But men have to work, beg, persuade, convince to get a girl to spend on

Nonsense

RECYCLING is what relationship is all about these days.
No one is actually Single.
You dump him and he becomes your EX.
You take over the one dumped by someone and treat him as your new man while another person takes over your own EX too.
So life goes on...

Both of you fit each other!

You will see responsible men out there to be with, you will refuse and give them hard time and follow a baby (football fanatic) that doesn't understand that life has up and downs just like forex (you win some and lose some) then you come here and start crying all over the place.

You never start!

He should calm down, no be by force for elephant to sit on the tree 🌲 🤣 it's cool to love ur football club or anything to that extent but he should find/learn to control himself. Some people dey loose on sport betting regularly**customer dada🤣 and they are managing their self. The owners of the club still dey breathe despite the loss, life goes on. They can still bounce back, make he no give himself depression on top football.

For real, you were disturbing him. He’s a grown man. He knows what’s good and bad for him. When he’s happy, be happy with him. When he’s frustrated like last night, let him be!
People are not that difficult to understand but you choose to ignore those little things.
As long as he didn’t hit you, he’s fine.
