At last, LP has become a party to reckon with in different states and at the national level.
I dedicate this FTC to Mr. Peter Obi, the ONE name that made it so. It's good to be good.

I also remember the early builders of the party like Olusegun Mimiko and Julius Abure.

I call on all workers to join LP and elect worker-friendly administrations all over the country. Those fighting to kill the party will kill themselves in the process.

On two occasions, the Abure faction have organized thugs who they will call the youth wing or just Nigerians to beat up the Apapa faction. Can we call this democracy? Does the Abure faction believe it is too difficult to organize thugs to also beat up Abure faction members and claim the youths or Nigerians beat up Abure and co. Let us allow democracy to thrive and stop militocracy in any form.

The LP members were happy being used by a big wig like PO. The leaders of the party cashed out big-time donations to the campaigns and elections. I believe the new wealth within the party created this internal rift.
Nigerian politicians are the same, PO going to Chatham House was a sign that he was seeking validation and support from outside forces which would have later interfered in his government just like we currently have.
They focused majorly on the presidency and now they are nowhere to be found in state and local politics except in one state.
All they had to do was 'to heavily sponsor governorship candidates in Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi and Jigawa. And those candidates would in turn fight for the party both in the Federal and state levels. They didn't do this because they were carried away the mammoth crowd they were getting in the SE, SS, SW and some part of NC
