... You should budget your spending... Buy things in bulk (very important).. as for me I no dey do pass myself .. I live in a nice selfcon where I pay 180k per annum.. I budget 30k to 40k every month for gas, toiletries, perishable foods, and other things... Then I buy grains, palm oil and other foodstuffs where they are cheap in bulk.. example around March/April this year, I bought palm oil 25 litres for 18k now it's around 32k..

I made over 100m this year but only saved 24m, and I was able to build and complete 2 houses this year. The year has been so kind to me and my family.
