Natural2Heal: I am studying here. |
Re: Memoirs From Chile by Natural2Heal: 2:51pm On Dec 31, 2023 |
tensazangetsu20:Ok. Are students allowed to work? Is there fully funded scholarship for 3.55/5.0 CGPA graduate of Economics in chile? Is spanish a must for visa application? I want to learn more about chile as an option. |
Re: Memoirs From Chile by tensazangetsu20(m): 2:54pm On Dec 31, 2023 |
Natural2Heal: Yeah you can work up to 30 hours a week according to the law but no one checks that stuff lol. Economics means your Spanish must be close to native level to study here in Chile. So you are looking at C1 or C2 level of Spanish. You can check for scholarships. I came here fully funded by myself. Studies here are completely in Spanish. 1 Like |

tensazangetsu20: Wow! Learning and speaking spanish language to C1 level will take me atleast one year in Nigeria to learn. |
Re: Memoirs From Chile by tensazangetsu20(m): 3:11pm On Dec 31, 2023 |
Natural2Heal: Lol I left Nigeria with B2 and I learnt for like a year and even at that my first few weeks were a struggle. I used to record all my lectures and listen to them multiple times to get what they were saying. Luckily my course is based mostly of maths and programming. 5 Likes |

lastkingsman:na my boy leave am. I go buy am laptop next summer make him take build app for us. I want to be on his thread on his own app or Saas... I pity young chaps wey go follow this route without money. If you check all what the idiat wrote you will notice he will tell you school this and that, getting there resident et el. Whereas people that have gone to South America knew about Chile, even me have thought of Chile as a country. Yes for the fact I love Argentina too, there are countries even as you a foreigner, your target is to successfully get your result and move on. Why preaching about Chile when you will still move away to another settlement. And does it worth that long time learning Spanish, wirting exams , scaling through just to emigrate to non English speaking country with close to 10million exception of other living expense. Even Canada u no go spend reach 500k for everything. Only your statement of account is enough to pass ur financial aid. With 10m u go to easter Europe still carry enough change, learn easter European language. Span self na Europe. I go use because one paper go give me job for U.S and tour round the world π seeking refugee when no one In entire world doesn't even know u exist or gives a f about your rubbish photos.like people no dey travel return back to there root. |

Re: Memoirs From Chile by DrAkpa(m): 8:39am On Jan 01 |
We will keep educating young people on this thread to be careful about making high risk moves to a country such as Chile, that they would regret. No matter the threats, insults and curses from the O.P, we will not relent. |
Re: Memoirs From Chile by oluyemi123: 10:58am On Jan 01 |
DrAkpa:The title of the thread is "Memoir from Chile" The OP is only documenting his own journey and I've not seeing anywhere on the thread where he told people to be moving to Chile. Most people that made enquiries on how they can start their journey to Chile from him he always discourage them with the requirements and money involved. You guys are just trying to be a pain in the Arse. 6 Likes |

Re: Memoirs From Chile by MatrixReloaded: 12:12pm On Jan 01 |
oluyemi123:Foolish assumption. Weather his trip or not we have someone here on NL that does the same even have YouTube channel. Are you discouraging people not to cross that route cos of money involved or what exactly. We are not in anyway pained for a choice someone made but capitalising on no other country is fit for migration is a total bullshit. Nigeria isn't for every one same as Chile, U.S, U.k, France etc. |

Ishilove:Cotonou is not only famous for the thriving second-hand car business popularly called βtokunboβ; it also serves as a mecca for those in need of express degrees. The requirements are O-level certificates β fake or genuine β and the required amount of money, which varies depending on the course, urgency and class of degree. And in less than a month or two, one can be a βgraduateβ from any of the mushroom universities dotted across the two West African countries. The beneficiaries of these substandard certificates, who are either unintelligent or lazy, compete for jobs and other opportunities with hard-working graduates who undergo academic rigours for at least four years to obtain their degrees. |
