Computer village isn't what it used to be.. influx of so many people from other places have messed up the place.
I'm sure that is what prompted the POWA people to embark on the demolition exercise.. big eye sore is what they have turned Computer village into.

We know demolition is part of Lagos State ethnic cleansing agenda that is why every demolition is point at the doorstep of the governor.

The goods of the shop owners that were looted by the police officers wives should be compensated.

Compensated!wait, on a serious note, did you go to school at all? Compensate when court have rule in their favour,

Na omo dey your brain? POWA owns the complex and intend to renovate it. Both Yorubas and Igbos have shops in it at Otigba. Nothing concern the LGSG.

Beside computer village have been moved to a permanent site many years ago because Otigba is a residential area converted to commercial against the purpose of use for which permission was given.

POWA,being the owners of the building complex, had earlier duly issued quit notices to their tennants and communicated clearly that they intended to renovate and remodel the building owing to its derelict state.

The tenants, under a trade union association , took the landlord to court seeking not to be evicted despite the owners having plans for their own building.

The court ruled in favour of the landlords (POWA) who will later give the tenants up till December 31st to evict the building -this was about 2 weeks ago.

In a trending video made by one of the affected tenants who spoke in Ibo, he was captured saying that the state government demolished a federal building.

These people and their lies.

Never ever take anything that comes out of their mouths as facts.

They knew the dispute was between them and their landlord but they still wanted to make it an ethnic issue.

I have had several runnings with them and I know how they can easily slander and make false accusations and allegations against someone.

Even your respected self is not better than those you are accusing of ethnic bigotry judging by the tone of your comment.

Please every landlord has right to do repossess his or her building with the proper channels
Unfortunately some Igbos can be very difficult tenant especially those in the informal sector. This causes a lot of problems for the educated enlightened ones

They make a lot of noise, boast unnecessary and are difficult tenants. There are still some good ones in the informal sector but it's like the bad eggs are many
.
Talking from experience and yes I AM igbo and from the East

Also Seun seems to like all this tribal threads that bring tribal mudslinging..

That should be shut down

If everybody goes back to their regions do you think Lagos will still be what it is today? Even you that's claiming Lagosian because you are yoruba will run back to your state.

Can't you people read and understand? The building is owned by police wives association and not the Igbos. So the landlord doesn't have right to evict his tenants for tangible reasons
