Different scenario and intention entirely. PH refinery will work because a lot is riding on it.

If you love Nigeria and wish her to succeed then you will stop focusing obdurately on the delay alone and look at the bigger picture.
Apc can never let PH refinery work, as long as apc is in power, no government owned refinery will work. If other refineries start working, what do you think will happen to dangote "group" of company refinery? Dangote refinery that almost all the corrupt politicians and rich men have shares in and you wn comot business from their hand lmao.
Nigerian will never get a government owned refinery again, dangote private refinery is here to stay and it's not here to make you buy petrol at a very cheaper rate, gone are those days Nigerians were enjoying 1liter for 65 naira, it will never happen again, petrol is going to 1k per liter soonest, and Nigerians will still buy and smile because they can't do shit, they only bark like a mad dog but they can't bite.

Was a lot not riding on Sirikas nigerian air?

What is the alot that is riding on PH refinery that did not ride on Nigerian air?

Is it by a lot riding that makes things work?

Is it his focus that is responsible for Nigeria not succeeding and the refinery not working?

Bross.. what is normal about dis.. do u know how a process plant works..
Even a full FFT or PSSR would not be something to delay u for days.
The refinery is not ready for production... Simple arithmetic.
Nobody pushed them to make any announcement.

Don't allow evil spirit follow you into the new year. This is a normal process after fixing the mechanical part, next is the test running. You don't expect to hit off production immediately without test running all the process. It is quite unfortunate that some so called educated folks can't put into good use their thinking f

The Nigerian oil and refining industry is a fraud.

Corruption has destroyed any trust in Nigeria.

Please where is the bigger picture?

Are you not a witness to so many lies that have been told by leaders in the last 8 years?

We were assured december as the deadline. The next they said it was @75% completion. Now it is January and next they are test running.
By the way, where is the assurance that petrol price will drop to N200 when the NNPC boss himself said it will not happen?

Faith/hope/prayer without works is dead.

You obviously understand that at the personal level, which is why you are hawking jerseys on nairaland to earn money and pay your bills instead of just praying and hoping for the bills to be paid miraculously.

So why do you fail to understand that at the collective & group level?

Sincerely speaking you should be ashamed of yourself if you have any shame.

When your president was telling us that the refinery will work by December, why didn't he expanded and add the testing so that NIGERIANs will also be aware of that?

Most of you want NIGERIANs to accept what you will never would have accepted under useless PDP government.

Foolish people.

Is test running not part of rehabilitation process?. Is Dangote refinery not test running?. What is too difficult to understand in this little piece of information that these guys are screaming all over the thread?, what's wrong with these people?, have they gone back into last year to pick up the pieces of negativity from where they left it off?.

You don't announce a project has been completed until you have tested the project. The confusion is with NNPC, which announced that the project PH Refinery was mechanically completed when, in fact, the project has even started its Quality Assurance process.

The absolute failure is that the same NNPC management team that has managed extreme corruption and incompetence since 2015 have not been sacked by the Minister of Petroleum, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
