It means medical is missing from your required document, not a guaranteed visa is about to be issued as done in Canada. Just submit by the requested date, if you can't meet up, write a cover letter to request for time extension

Thank you mate, i have submitted it. Just felt really confused. The immi said if i do not submit by 21st, i might likely not to get it. just a chest xray though. cos i did submit one though, i did do a medical examination in june. So was told to submit a new one.

I believe these are the only hospitals, IoM best bet. Ikeja if you are In Lagos, drive towards Guzape and ask for IOM in Abuja. For police report Go to force headquarters in Abuja at Garki, or Alagbon ikoyi if in Lagos (hold like 45k) am not sure about this amount could be less or more.

They do give funding to anyone irrespective of your Nationality once you meet the criteria, many have a published paper in a reputable journal.

I have a Nigerian in my school who is on Scholarship. When I applied for mine, it was not successful, the main reason was no publications.

So work towards paper publication and have a good grade in your Masters, you will get it.

Lastly, subsidising PhD fee to around NZ$7k is a scholarship on its own.
