90% of contract in Lagos State goes to Tinubu.Failure to adopt the memorandum of understanding will leads to consequences.
This is why Tinubu always have problems with Lagos State governors
It is the same pattern Wike wanted to adopt in Rivers State.But Rivers State no be lagos.
