Ok. I am just looking for something decent with easy access to the mainland. A shared flat or self contain would do.

You can get an apartment on the mainland for something slightly higher for the first year. Subsequently, you can pay N450k. The reason for this is that you will be paying commission and other fees in the first year. How about you fill the firm so we can start the process.
