From Agric to Barracks is less than a km, but because there are no accessible U-turns, i would use my bike to ride almost 6km to turn. Even Sanwo-Olu cannot do that.

They should just kill their idea of having a toll gate, use the last lane as a Service lane, so people that are returning from short distances can do so, just as Apapa/Oshodi expressway is.
