Xixteen11: The source of funds in your sponsors' account were not well documented or explained. Explain how your mum raised the funds in her account backed with evidence of those things. 1 Like |

Increased Cost of Living Requirement for International Students to Canada – $20635 per year | CIC News https:///bHg84MS For a student with family traveling without his family do you advise POF to be added up to cover all family member to increase chances or just focus on the applicant alone with a little fraction more. Furthermore she is applying for 1year diploma care givers course. Is google rate good to go |

The GCMS note indicates that the visa officer requires additional documentation to back up the funds mentioned in your application both you and your sponsor, not just an explanation. Xixteen11: |

Greetings . Please I need proper understanding about terms used in study permit application, when it comes to Sponsor and Co-sponsor. A candidate who's working and presenting their account and Payslip but a relative will be paying his fees while the applicant takes on the living expenses. Will the applicant refer to the relative in his applicant as a Sponsor or co-sponsor ‽ |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by LUKINGUY(m): 10:44am On Jan 04 |
MatrixReloaded: Thank you for the response. My Sister applied a year ago but was refused due to insufficient POF, there was lodgment of 10m on fixed deposit till now (i.e 10m still there for the 1year period). We want to re-apply and hoping to top up the amount due to increased student amount to 20,650 CAD. We're hoping to upload Evidence of sales of property to proof past lodgment - (Documents such like Deed of Assignment and Land Survey, Sales offer letter using company's letter head payment will be uploaded. The balance will route through support or second sponsor from family. Please advise if this approach will increase Visa chances. Note: The account money was sent from is from a corporate account owned by me. Thank you |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by MatrixReloaded: 11:06am On Jan 04 |
LUKINGUY:Listen carefully if you sell a property the funds should be sent to your commercial account from the third party. Secondly that funds can be used to do business of TB, Fixed or whatever. There should be a turnover in the account which emanated from the investments If the funds keep going to/fro and also other personal expense likewise. You ought to make sure that it still works for you regardless of how much u lodge. Again 10m is low to start with Build up and re fire with evidence showing sales/deed, when the payment was sent in your account, how the funds have been used overtime and if the funds is readily available. So even if you fund your account today with 10m from ur other bank show proof of source too. That bank should show that u have been using ur liquid funds to do one business or another. Don't sit idle waiting for the day u will apply , an idle account is a dormant account. A dormant account with huge funds is like a decoy waiting for something to detonate it. |

MatrixReloaded: I lost my wife mid last year, so I want to know if there's no timebound for dependent (my kids) to join the main applicant, I don't have the capability to move the whole family now, but someone told me if they don't join me after spending 6 months in Canada, they'll never be allowed to join me again. How true is this? |

Good morning house. Please I need help on how to send my international passport with courier service. I intend using UPS. But I want to be sure on some things. I intend to pay for VFS return and SMS. On the Website I was the price which is 14,290 and 1,650 respectively. And also the account to make the payment to. Please am I to just make the transfer and print out the receipt then attached to the international passport documents? Should there be a specific narration on the transaction? Am I to make the transfer for both together or separately? Then VFS also wrote I am to send my contact information, should I just write it on a blank paper and attached or what?. Please if you have done things kindly help please I intend to send it today |
