It would be hard, but visiting her is easy.

But If you will like to visit her, I can advise you on how to get a visa under "directive 2004/ec/58", without paying anything, except for Uber when you go to submit and pick your visa after two weeks,

but that's only if you guys are truly married or for those that have other kinds of relationship with Europeans (eg parents and kids). [/quote]
Re: Finland Japa by Nicholasguzy: 3:31pm On Jan 03
Okay sir. We actually got married months ago and she just left for Belgium. I’ve legalized our marriage certificate already at the embassy last week . I waited till she went back before I come back to this thread. I will so much appreciate if you can explain further on this

This site seems like it's pulled down what's your Thoughts

Re: Finland Japa by maak400: 7:08pm On Jan 08
The information there is probably inaccurate and they may want to update it.

I want to advise everyone enrolled for the course not to have too much expectations with regards to getting full scholarship to travel and continue studying the course in Finland. The entire duration of the course may be online with no option of migrating to Finland.

@maak400 but from what I gathered from support yesterday. we are doing a pathway studies which will be eligible to continue 2nd year on campus in finland but which tuition fees apply, that by enrolling in the pathway studies for free I have saved 1st year tuition fees.
But should I wish to do the entire studies online that it is free. sorry I was not able to upload my chat history here, said next course is next week Friday.
Ss5 still continues. I think we should be patient and wait for update since we are yet to get the 60ect. There is hope.pray hard.my one cent

@oby33, I agree, let's wait to get the 60ECTS at the end of the first year. Perhaps there will be another admission for the pathway studies we're currently doing. Thanks.

Hello boss, I will be glad if you can put me through about this and how can I get in touch with you

pansophist:
The biggest misconception about Japa is the idea that you must spend millions. It is not. You can have millions to show on your bank statement, but you don't have to spend millions. It may just happen that you only have to spend on the application fee, depending on the category you applied for.

For example, if you are a family member of a European citizen, then you don't have to show your bank statement, submit proof of flight, or hotel, or that you are coming back to Naija, and the application fee is free. You are literally just going to collect a visa without stress. In fact on the Schengen visa application form, it is written there that EU family members should not fill in that area. And the visa must be issued within two weeks at the latest.

And guess what? the embassy cannot deny you. It's against the law. They can deny it in exceptional circumstances such as you have ebola that can infect the public or a serial killer with the hobby of blowing up stations and airports. Even if you have been banned from entering Europe, your status as a child, spouse, or parent of an EU citizen redeems you and invalidates the ban.

If you have any family with an EU passport, you are a lucky child. Just go and ask the embassy for your visa.

But if you do not have an EU relative, then go through school. Don't go as a visitor, you will suffer eh? As a student, you just buy time for yourself like two years or more (depending on degree length, so you can know your way around, and find a legal route to make your stay permanent.
