Is this your friend a rich guy?

Maybe i should even ask that first.

No. But he loves luxury and all his friends have high taste, I was even thinking they might deceive him to get a car worth like 40m.

I think these people should provide the metrics on how they derive all these data.

50% of Children in Enugu can't read?

Did they go to all the interior nooks and crannies in the villages to carry out this census?

50% is too high

I won't doubt it. Especially in Public schools

Most of the teachers can barely pass Waec themselves

Take away corpers from our public schools and you will shake head at quality of teachers

Right now, na poorest of the poor dey go public schools

In my days mid 90s those top public schools of our time like GCI Loyola St Finbarrs, na middle class ans upper class family dey send kids go these public schools, it's not surprising to meet one commissioner or minister kid as schoolmate but nowadays na poorest of the poor go subject their kids to public school

You can't even find principals or teachers kids in public schools

I believe the quality of intakes determines the quality of education

Money comes with a wicked spirit that pushes you to do things you never even planned for. They are some kind of useless cravings that comes with having money.

The guy no try at all.

He should have limited all his taste of luxury, both in buying a car, apartment, clothes, flexing, spending of family, blah blah blah to the 7 million on top.

If he won't japa with his 50 million, he should have used that to change his story for a long time.

Buy just a car for 16 million, shows the money is gone.

It's a sad story for me, because so many of his kind would not waste that opportunity

Dem dey buy 16m car to support business ? Which business is that ?

U actually believe he still has 41m intact after spending 16m on a new ride ? He won't go clubbing to celebrate the cashout ? He won't rent a new apartment ? He won't change his sets of clothing ?

The fact that he bought a car of 16m immediately shows he's a spender and not really business oriented as u want to make it seem.

I'm not doubting he will invest part of the money , but I believe he won't invest substantial part of it. He will spend most part of it on expenses he wouldn't have been able to afford if he hadn't won the 57m

Even if you don't have ideas to invest on, at least make a vow never to return to where you came from.

You get 57 million, and you buy car 16 million.

Does background of poverty makes you more likely to blow money or to be protective of money

Those who got it with luck are more likely to blow it

Those who hustled their asss off and got it, are more likely to protect it.

This has to be the explanation

I think it depends on the individual mindset as well. Some have suffered enough they just want to enjoy life even if it's for a short time.

I know one too..

He had a job with some Europeans. He was the warehouse manager. This guy was stealing thousands of naira daily.

He bought RX350 and Infiniti then. He rented a flat in Festac and had one high class babe then. Anytime we went to his house, it was party upon party. He didn't further his education past WAEC, and me that was in school then felt useless.

One day, the Europeans left and never came back. My guy was left with liabilities here and there. Sold his cars, moved out of the flat and as usual, the babe left.

Last we saw him, he was riding a Keke on Hire purchase.

Easy come is most likely to go easily

Fact
Am sure if someone had told that temporalhansel friend last week that he will spend a whole 16million on a car, he would have insulted that person. You can be saying I will never buy iphone 15 for 1.2million but let sportybet pay you 50million and I assure you, you will buy that phone without even thinking. Money comes with wicked cravings. We pray for grace to apply wisdom.

That's why I said individual mindset also comes into play. You seem to have your priorities In check and have a plan you want to follow. Ofcourse am not saying waste money anyhow without having a plan but still have fun and buy those things you crave for.

Disstroy once again u are right that those Twitter rats will do anything for clout.

So a lady posted picture of herself and her man (zaza ) & this other random lady commented “Rasaki the herpes giver “ on it . The post went viral and different blogs were posting it as savage .

Zaza promised to take the accusation up legally and sure he did. The lady was detained and slammed with 500m lawsuit for defamation.

How can u be chasing clout at the expense of someone else’s reputation ?
It doesn't concern them. Many Nigerians will do, or say anything just to trend or get recognition, with hopes of getting paid.

I honestly wish that individual goes to jail, may be then, others might learn a thing or two.

Go to Calabar South to see everyday women who'd knock Betta out the beauty park.

Even Eket chics or Oron girls.

Betta isn't as spectacular as she's made to seem.
