Rwanda is not even up to Abuja in size. The only thing I want us to learn from them is how they received sense following the genocide. It seems Nairaland and Nigeria desperately want to go that way but Nigeria is 30x bigger than Rwanda. It will be disastrous.

Most of what you wrote up there was just as a result of good PRs that Rwanda is investing heavily on. Their work is just show the world 5% of their landmass which is highly industrialised just to prove that they are a developed country which they are not.

There is nothing good bout an elected president that has been ruling for more than 20 years, Rwanda isn't a monarchial state.

Rwanda and every other African countries are corrupt, you just need to follow them close up to discover this.
