raumdeuter:They want the soft life only. Take the Debbie Lady for example, nobody talks about what the Husband goes through to put food on the table, pay the bills and perform other duties as the Husband. I don't take feminist serious. |

Melvyn11:If you don't see anything wrong in that statement, then rest. Is there anything wrong for a marry woman to get out of bed early and prepare food for her husband? 1 Like 1 Share |

Roland17: You do have a point. He is also truthful most of the time, although that 3,000 books a year story is cap. He should just try to avoid hitting people with strays, like what he did to Chris Tucker. LOL |

Odunharry:You are still not getting the context why other women were disagreeing with her post. Nobody said anything was wrong waking up to cook for her husband. Read the tweet below. Am sure someone now will tag her a wicked feminist. Now let's turn it around. You saw a tweet were a man said his wife came home and told him how her male co worker was always dashing her 5k everyday for her to eat lunch since she doesn't go with food and the man then said from that day henceforth he started giving her 6k to eat lunch before something else will develop between his wife and her co worker. How will you respond to it. Will you be here praising the man or calling him a useless simp? 8 Likes 1 Share

Roland17: Snipe am bad. Oh, he is a smart one. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has genius level IQ on testing, but it also seems that his circuitry is not all there. He is usually truthful about the major points though. People have dug up old grimy videos confirming his claims of bodying Steve Harvey in a competition in Detroit, and his joke-stealing claims. 2 Likes |

A40: Na una just dey get una self worked up over nothing . The kind of feminism all these mongrel on the Nigerian web space practice has no place in Africa ( Nigeria in particular ) and it’s never going to work; they will always continue to get their L’s. For starters some of the ideals they parrot has no place in our culture . As Africans, a woman in a marriage is expected to make sure her family’s belly is always filled . That’s how almost everyone was brought up; even for those whose parents could afford chefs, housemaid , cooks etc, the mother of the house still ensures she supervises them to get it right so her family members can get fed properly . Yeah , we have fathers who take it upon themselves to relieve their wives as much as they can and those who can cook really well to the extent they prefer their own cooking to their wife’s . There’s no big deal in that . Now everybody grows up and suddenly think something embedded in our culture that is not even negative in any way should be trashed because Woke culture is the way to go . lol. My guess is some of these people didn’t grow up in homes where genuine love actually existed and it left an indelible mark on their psyche . Like if u grow up in a typical African middle class home where ur dad works in an office or a business man or artisan who goes early to work to Provide for the family and ur mum who is either a trader , civil servant or full housewife wakes early to prepare food for everybody ; in what world is that something to be bitter about ? I understand it’s possible for some of them to see their mums do all of these things and their father still ended up being irresponsible fathers who never really provided for the home and maybe still pummels the mum regularly over any minor disagreement . So maybe that’s why they get bitter seeing another woman doing the same thing and hoping she will regret doing it sha. Las las these people are in the minority and do not carry that much influence they believe they carry in the general scheme of things over here; maybe on the internet but in real world in Nigeria they don’t . We’ve seen how some of them have become poster child for some of the things they condemned in the past as time goes by . Time and chance happeneth to them all 🙅♂️ 7 Likes 1 Share |

monerozi5590: That’s the ideal thing to do. The point itsrm was trying to make is there are ladies who are in their final month of pregnancy who still go to work because they need that 3 months maternity leave to start few weeks to their delivery date so they use the 3 months to fully recover from childbirth and take care of their babies as much as they want before resuming . U know going to work heavily pregnant is actually stressful but some ladies do it. And it’s not just those that work in the office , some who hawk or have shops still go despite being heavily pregnant . When I was much younger my mum usually buys groundnut from all these Hausa women who hawk back then. That day she called her customer who was heavily pregnant , was buying from her when the woman started showing signs that her water may have broken. We were young and didn’t really understand what was happening except that we saw her in distress . My mum called some Neighbours who were women and they converted a room in our house to mini delivery room. They sent us out to play and within minutes the woman gave birth in our house. When she was much more rested they asked where she stayed and she described the place to her. They took her in a cab with the new born and the placenta to their house only for my mum and those that accompany to be shocked that the woman is a Ghanaian Hausa woman like the rest of the occupants of her rented house who came to Nigeria to hustle while their husbands are in Ghana tying Kente and drinking ogogoro and minding the kids . That was the first time I learnt those part of Ghana practice matriarchy as opposed to Patriarchy we have here . Na the women dey provide for the house . I shock ! 7 Likes |

https://www.nairaland.com/7960746/transfer-money-into-private-account#127814845 Rasheed Zubair, Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Betta Edu, says the disbursed N585,189,500.00 into a personal account is legal and in line with extant civil service rules. this woman's long throat has made her a litmus test for this administration what a man can do a woman defeiently can do better i have a post office box in festac. normally i recieve annual bill in it. for some reason i have not seen a bill in it for teh past three or four years. not sure just how long. i assumed it had to do with one dubious over-billing some years back. anyway, Market square bought over the building and set up a supermarket. they have relocated all our boxes. i decided to go and check up on my box. they have apparently relocated all of the boxes to a location upstairs. i met this lady [a nice old woman] , and she told me i have outstanding bills. she brought out a ledger. next thing she started calculating . apparenntly my bill goes back to 2015. total charge came to 27k. the whole thing was looking dodgy, but i said no problem, bring the account i will pay to. next thing she said i would be paying to her colleagues personal account. that was when i got angry. what do you mean personal account? are you people not a government organisation? are you saying nipost does not have an account people pay to? her boss, another woman [this time a much younger one], came to ask what was happening. the moment she realised the issue, she locked up. and the entire scam was being run by women. because we no longer had access to our boxes. just as corruption does not know tribe, it does not know gender either. 4 Likes |
