Only major difference is that red apples are more easily perishable. Difference in nutritional properties are negligible.

Both Red and Green are highly nutritious, both have a high fibre content and are high in antioxidants, and vitamins

Any observed difference is as a result of the following:
1. Level of acidity
2. Variety

Also your personal preference is important!

Judging from the market value the red apple cost more, with that I believe the red is more nutritional.

If you're actually judging by the market value, a bottle of water is not more than two (#200) hundred naira while a bottle of Jin is not less than one thousand (#1000).

So, what happens here?

Water is more healthy and benefitial than the Jin or Whiskey bottle.

Notice how almost all the comments here are by people who know very little about what they are talking about.

OP get your information from credible sources.

Search the internet and mostly focus on websites thet end with .edu or .gov

As to your question, let me give you my non-expert answer - both are nutritious. It's like saying a banana or orange which is more nutrient-dense, the answer is every fruit has its own "unique mix of nutrients". You can't go wrong with eating fruits no matter the type.

Take my answer with a grain of salt. As I said, I am not an expert.

Imagine 2 days ago I buy 1 red apple N350, when d woman call 350 I think say na another thing she hear say I one buy. Apple way person been dey buy N20.
