2. Build muscles
3. Stay consistent in my fitness goal
4. Read books on public speaking
5. Read at least 5 books, and revisit my favorite books occasionally, esp "when the heavens went on sale" by Ashlee Vance.

Greatzeus:

People fake or brag stupidly,at least do your bragging with intelligent.
For every single cement Dangote sell,he makes about 5 to 10per cent profit. Now do you know how much revenue Dangote will generate for him to have N20m profit.
I challenge the guy to tell us what he sells or services he render that will give him about N150m-N200m monthly, for him to make a profit of N20m, rubbish.
150m monthly what a dream

*A word of caution ⚠️*
Do not chase any stock in such a market like we have now.
The fear of missing out (FOMO) is a term used in the market to describe the feeling that you are missing out on the party in the market and therefore tempted to buy just any stock.
Such an approach always ends in tears because you may end up buying too late just when a pull back is happening.

In my expert opinion, the Nigerian stock market is going through a market correction due to the heavy devaluation the Naira which is the base currency for the NGX has suffered.
In addition, inflation has hit every sector of the Nigerian economy and made everything twice as expensive as they were except the stock market.
So this is why most stocks are rising even without fundamentals as stocks in the market are heavily underpriced.

For the benefit of members of this club, I do my research on stocks way ahead of time and share them here early enough but it looks like it is not understood that way. I still get people asking what stocks to buy when all the hard work has been done and shared.

Most of our members have bought most of these stocks rising today since they were shared or advised here some months and weeks back. I do the same when I share some stocks and hold for moments like this when I just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Last month, I shared a contrary opinion against someone here who said he was waiting to buy in January because companies were inflating their share prices because of “end of year report” when I stated that there will be a bull run in January that whoever wants to buy should buy before January and here we are.

Chasing a stock to buy because it is rising could lead you to catch a “falling knife “.

Therefore, I advise all to stay calm and be composed and know what you are buying while sticking to your strategy because the market does not move on a straight line.

There will be pull backs here and there, but in the long run, only the fundamentally strong stocks will prevail.

Congratulations to all those who held back even when their portfolio was looking discouraging at some point.
You were advised to not sell your Dangote Sugar, Eterna oil, Nascon, Unilever, MTNN, etc because we knew they were fundamentally sound stocks and will recover.
Now you have your green portfolio back with those stocks.

Warren Buffet once said “Like the Lord, the market helps those who help themselves; but unlike the Lord, it does not forgive those who know not what they are doing”.

Enjoy your greener pastures abi portfolio.😅

❌ It is *not* MLM.
❌ You *don’t* need to rent a shop or office.
❌ You *don't* need to create or import any products.
❌ There are *no* monthly fees.
❌ It does *not* require HUGE startup capital.
❌ It is NOT a scam.
❌ It is NOT MMM and does *NOT work for lazy people* who want others to do it for them...

It takes nothing much.
First you'll have to decide what to blog about.
Business
Fashion
Decoration
Lifestyle
Etc.

2ndly, you'll have to buy a domain name for your blog (Just don't buy till you've written at least 15 posts of at least 1000 words to post on your blog)

Then buy your hosting.

While the domain name is the address of your said blog, the hosting is the land on which you're going to build the blog.

Blogging requires dedication, grit and more learning to finally become successful. You'll need collaboration and patience too!

Please, how much will it take me in 2024, to buy a domain name and the hosting?

I want to start blogging but it will be on x rated and I don't know if you can put me through.

Nigerians don't take things seriously. Blogging is a very great skill and to acquire it, you'll need dedication and patience.

So have it at the back of your mind that for someone to invest his time and resources to teaching you blogging, it can never be free!

Doesn't cost much.

For a hosting plan with Namecheap, have some $38
For a fresh domain, as a new buyer, namecheap will charge you a 6$

That's about 44$ to start your journey.

Hi, did you leave for Monetengro from Nigeria?

If so, how did you go about the application?
