Locotrader:Even if you are a business owner you have an amount dedicated as the employers income. Most small business owners comingle their personal funds and the business funds. They don't know the difference between revenue, gross profit, operating profit and net profit By the way there are salary earners with portfolio of over N100 million Even if you are a business owner there should be an amount set aside as your remuneration. Dangote sef dey collect director's fees, sitting allowance and other remuneration from his businesses 4 Likes 1 Share |

Bros, itchy finger is worrying me like this. I am currently sitting on over 200% in profit from access bank and the thought of a yearly dividend in 6digits when whatever he's cooking matures leaves me so undecided. Mpeace: 1 Like |

Same UBA that refused to increase final dividend in a long time. I trust Zenith and GTB more than the duo of Access and UBA. stcool: 2 Likes 1 Share |

So Presco share price is closing in on that of Okomu. Same with market capitalization. I guess one becomes more attractive from the point of view of total annual dividends if all things remain the same as or similar to history. I had mapped up a plan to continue buying Presco till a target accumulated total is reached, but the current bull took everything to a whole new level. 1 Like |

Locotrader: You said NSEMPA members that have been on this thread for 10 years should have a minimum portfolio of N50 million. But i said income are not the same, rather biilding a portfolio thst is 10 times the currrent annual earned income of the trader or investor will be a better yardstick. Business is usually the fastest route to financial independence 6 Likes |
