I think it's transcorp. It could be that transcorp power is to unbundle from the group and investors have priced this in already leading to the recent rally.I really don't see how the group can pay 70k given the performance mid year if they do not unbundle or who knows grin
How did shareholders benefit when transcorp hotel was pull off.How about if Tony decides to go the same way. That means transcorp plc will become a chaff

What is the name of the stock? How long did it take for this to happen?

Hope the stock will pay a minimum dividend of 70k per share? If not it will come down to sub N10.00.

Unless the free float is less than 5% ie BUA style
Ucap(now around 24 Naira) and Fidelity Bank(now around 12 Naira) are good example of stocks I bought around 1 Naira!

Both Ucap and Fidelity pay dividend.

Did you read the article?

"It said the performance in November last year when compared to the same period a year earlier revealed that total transactions increased by 188.3 percent.

“In November, the total value of transactions executed by domestic investors outperformed transactions executed by foreign investors by circa 52 percent,” the NGX said.

A further analysis showed that total domestic transactions increased by 22.2 percent from N187.6 billion in October to N229.3 billion in November.

Total foreign transactions increased by 113.9 percent from N33.4 billion (about$36.8 million) to N71.4 billion (about $75.8 million)."

I think we should just be watching out for bargain entry again despite the red in the market.

* So far, Over 2bn transactions had exchanged hands in each of the f.u.g.a.z (aside FBNH)
* If we say people are selling, it means people are also buying as it's dipping.....

* For instance GTCO is close to 3bn Naira in transaction as at now N2.9bn+), by my understanding, if 1.5bn was in Cross dealings as well as sales, then it means the remaining 1.5bn bought......
Make una no mind my pry School analysis of the trades.... grin

** Those in profit and who are traders could just follow their strategies.....

Hi Prophet, we do not doubt the dollar-heaviness of Oando. That is why many investors are still buying Oando shares.
The main problem is the seeming confusion and the lack of certainty / transparency as regards the delisting dilemma.
If not for the delisting, I would have doubled my holdings Oando, even though I still keep the millions of units I have!
