Seething beautiful gal gone to waste..what could have been wrong...finances or a failed relationship..

Depression is bad, only God alone can safe one from it...I pass Tru this journey from 2020 to 2022 it was serious...2023 healing started falling in gradually... Today I can see light... Depression firstly take away ur journey by telling u that this life is worthless becos our journey end in dead, u feel like u trap in ur body ....because u brain keep giving wrong info and u will think u will never recover constant fear...No peace of mind..U lost total concentration and u bscome less productive , Things that gives u joy will mean nothing to u....I felt her pain a terrible perod....if only she hold on last last she for dey ok...RIP

This brought tears to my eyes.
There is a reason some of us are passionate about calling out those leaders who bring about untold hardship on thier people.
It's not because we are not comfortable or well to do, it's due to the empathy and the humanity we feel knowing fully well that other people are going to feel so much suffering and pain.


Keep pushing. Don't give up.
There are people out there who will give anything to live for one more week just to see the trees, see a full movie, dance to a song but they are strapped in the ICU with no hope of seeing one more day.


As long as there is life, THERE IS HOPE.

You just need to work on your mindset.
Find a purpose. I know someone whose suicidal ideation changed when he started donating blood.. He is 0 negative... He donates blood to fellow O negative cos it's very rare for them to get a matching blood donor as they can only receive blood from fellow O negative blood group

Suicide neither knows tribe nor creed, so check up on your friends as often as you can. The pressure of family & society is x1000 more on young adults in Nigeria today than in the past. So sad, what a waste.

Kai! She succumbed . This hit me so hard. Maybe all the people she mentioned in the suicide note depended on her.

Only the strong keep their lives in this current Naija.

Sorry to say, currently, it's like Nigeria is synonymous to suffering/frustration.

This is so sad. She had a job, family and friends so what's not working? Nobody has everything working perfectly but we keep going till we breakthrough.

And if u get overwhelmed by issues sometimes just talk about it or wait it out.

The bank has a big hand in her death. The government need to wake up and set up an institution that caters to staff welfare. NLC only fights for government workers' minimum wage and their own pockets. We need a regulatory body where staff can report workplaces with bad working conditions. These banks give their marketers ridiculous targets yet no one is talking about it. Now someone has taken her life due to the pressure, things must not continue like this.
