AndSunGorilla:About the bold he said he doesn't take sacking well that's why he won't venture into coaching. |

We have Osimhen now! With Osimhen and Onuachu you can't have 18 corners and score just one! That will be a big difference!! comodo: 3 Likes 1 Share |

There was verified info from some journos that the plays complained that He (Amuneke) talks too much for a Senior National team coach. He is better as an underage coach. AndSunGorilla: 1 Like |

AndSunGorilla:Mikel jokingly said he isn’t interested in coaching cus he can’t bear the pain of being sacked 🤣 He said he is likely to return to football on administrative level and if given the chance he will love to work with the nff Like you suggested I think he will do well if he follow the route of Emenalo. 3 Likes |

Papi85:Exactly!!! Siasia is good but that match fixing issue has dented his credentials. And I think he has a penchant for mixing in his boys somehow too. Case in point, when he took over from Oliseh albeit briefly, he still found spots for some of his boys, Zuby and one.other guy like that. Also he kept inviting Okoronkwo and Issac Promise to the SE when they didn't deserve to be on the SE team. But that said, his team plays good football and he usually does well in tournaments. 1 Like |

ThunderFireAgba: Its already working out If it happens as it has been happening As usual under Jose Peseiro The excuse he will give is already baked waiting to be served The excuse will be like this " we were on a perfect plan to win the AFCON but you see, we had several injury crisis. We lost Awoniyi even before the list was out the , Ndidi couldn't make it.. you know he is our key man in the midfield. Then Boniface who we have hoped will perfectly partner Osimhen got injured Ok while we are hoping Sadic will do Mhen it's not our fault we tried 6 Likes 1 Share |

Some fans here are just shameless. There are cooking Peseiro but failed to cook eguaveon for the rubbish he did. They also hail keshi as the next best thing after sliced bread. These guys act like the Bruce Lee of Nigerian football but in reality they are suffering from selective amnesia. They truly want Nigeria to fail so they can boastfully say, “we told you so”. SMH. You guys gonna learn soon. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Joezinho:Pls bring out posts that hailed Eguavoen during last Afcon and mind you Stephen Keshi remain the best after Westerhoff, the records are there to see. Yes Nigerians will cook Peseiro cuz he is not getting it right but we are not babies here that would not be happy for success of super eagles irrespective of our opinions. Yes if Peseiro failed some would said we told you and if he perform beyond expectations some would still said we told you, that's the beauty of football. Do you want to hear fact, most football fans are not happy with Peseiro, not only here but in other social platforms. 3 Likes |

Joezinho: Thank God this is not only platform to follow Super Eagles eh. LOL! In 2004, two prolific Strikers, Aiyegbeni and Agali and a legendary leftback Babayaro were expelled from Camp for indiscipline, yet we didn't fail to reach Semi-final and went home with bronze medals. Odewingie saw an opportunity and grabbed it. Utaka saw an opportunity and didn't shy away from it, guess what - both were Wingers. Icon4s recently reminded folks here to refresh their memory or at best ask their Elders to tell them stories of Eagles at AFCON, but they would rather keep wailing here. LOL! If JPes still plays 4 - 4 - 2 formation, absence of Boniface, Iheanacho, Sadiq ain't gonna affect the team. In fact, its an opportunity for Iwobi to play 8, behind Osimhen, flanked by Lukman and Chukwueze plus Onyeka and Oyendika double-pivot. If Chukwueze head not booting well, bring on Simon to replace him. I do not understand folks here to be honest. Competition starts tomorrow but gnashing of teeth full everywhere day and night. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Kog45: I never said Eguavoen got hailed. If it were paseiro that failed to qualify us for the World Cup, his head would have been placed on a pike. Of course most football fans aren’t happy with the coach but is wailing everyday on this thread going to change anything? Why not you all wait till he fails before wailing and whining? This thread is becoming so irritating. What if he doesn’t fail? Football remains the most unpredictable game, even for the experts. Even good football pundits, regularly get their pre match analysis of a game totally wrong. |

....even though I am pro local coach but we need to be careful before handing the job over to an indigenous coach again. Guess we all have read what Mikel had to say about our African Pep? Una hail am like Pep, Mou and Ancelloti in one body. LOL! Same Amuneke una dey beg NFF to roll red carpet for and give the job on platter of gold, what has he accomplished that indeed worth celebrating?! Finidi......?! What qualifies him as right man for the job?! Only local coach I can support is Samson Siaisia but Baba don fûckup well well. He played good football and had legacies to brag with. He lost on 2 ocassions to a squad [though not all] that later won World Cup again for the Argentina National Team. Let finidi proves himself with Enyimba and wins the league first. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

Kog45: This is main [official] thread of Super Eagles on this platform. This is thread that users do visit to read about the team. So many ghost users are following this thread to get information or perhaps renewed their hopes in the team. If so called ardent followers of Eagles are doing like this, what message(s) are we passing to the followers?! |

Evidently, this AFCON for Nigeria will come down to PRAYERS, other teams pray too Evidently, this AFCON for Nigeria will come down to HOPE, which is not a strategy in football. The fear of Super Eagles by other teams is no longer there...now we fear meeting Senegal, etc |
