I currently have 8years+ working as as site engineer

I want to assess with EA as a civil engineering draftperson, but with my HND so I can claim points for my 8 years work experience.

Please kindly advise the possibility.

2. You have to lodge an EOI for each state. Please take your time to read through this thread from the beginning. And no, there is no automatic nomination. You will have to apply and pay for nomination in most cases.

3. Australia uses AUD not USD.

Civil engineering draftsperson CED is assessed by Vetassess not EA.
Also CED is different from site engineer. So your job descriptions must be at least 80-90% CED.
You will have to provide all the 3 transcripts and certificates

What kind of auditor? Internal or external?
Your universities? The year of graduation for each degree?
Documents available for the employment?
English score is not good enough. Minimum of 7 will get you there, minimum of 8 will move you faster

For EA, tax or pension is required.
If you don’t have, you may not be able to claim points for those years of experience. You can assess just your qualification (CDR) with EA. Also, you can get your company to pay the outstanding personal income taxes on your behalf.

Private companies are not exempted from tax or pension except in some special situations

The company operates more like a sole proprietorship, and I'm exploring the option of paying personal income tax myself, but I need to inquire about the process.

Unfortunately, there are no tax or pension records available from this company.

I'm in need of 20 points to meet the required threshold:
Age : 25 points
Qualification : 15 points
IELTS : not done yet.
Although I have about 8 years of working experience, I lack tax records to claim those points.

I considered the self-employed route, but my company was recently registered, and I don't have updated documents yet.

Given these circumstances, what would be your advice on obtaining the remaining 20 points required for the application?

Yes. It’s compulsory.
Speak to your HR or Accountant on how to get tax statement or clearance. Tax deduction on payslip does not change the name of the document; it’s still a Pay slip not a tax statement or clearance.
If you work in Lagos and you have a tax ID, you can chat LIRS on their website

You can assess as a Production or Plant Engineer

Accountant assessment requires IELTS Academic or PTE - minimum of 7 or 65 in each band.
If you did not graduate from Accounting from OAU, FUTA, UI or Unilag, you need to add your Masters.

YOu will need to provide more details for both first and second degrees for yourself and spouse like your course, year of graduation, the university, course duration (4 or 5 years) and the period of experience (for example,GIS 2011-2017 and tax accountant 2017 till date). Something like that.

For tax accountant, you need to have a degree in accounting or ACCA or ICAN to get a positive assessment. It's a no without an accounting qualification.

Also, all marketing roles are level 1 occupation which requires a bachelor's degree which your spouse does not have so technically, she's not eligible due to her qualification

I've worked independently as a civil for the past years, I've a registered company
For this period but not a tax clearance.

Would getting tax clearance validate the experience for all this years?

I don't have payslip and have done most business with other account

I have over 5 years of proven experience in chemical plant operations with Anzsco code of 399211 while I have both bachelor and masters degree in chemical engineering with Anzsco code 233111. My years of work have been in operations and not process design which is mostly the job description of a chemical engineer.

Please advise what to do. I am confused as to which assessment to do.
