That is one State that is currently working and a visit will convince u. We used one of the health centres in Umuahia and we were surprised at the services rendered...

Nobody is big oh. What is important is for the betterment of the state. If she doesn't bring her wealth of experience, who will? I like Otti's vision. His selection is top notch. He is not about tribe. He is about development.
