SCOAN and TB Joshua apologists shouldn't think everyone is a fool. They can show video which is difficult to ascertain the truth but hide adoption documents which can easily be faulted.

Any reasonable person know that it is not the Police that grant adoption. It is the State Government through the appropriate Ministry.
