My only fear is that i don't consider this as legacy as it will sooner or later become a commercial centre just like Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) in Abeokuta.

The place is a full grown commercial entity, no iota of Charity. It houses a Zoo, Cinema, Hotel, Event Halls, Museum, Short Let Apartment, Boat Regatta, Children Games, Bookshop, Bread & Pure Water Factory, Several Beer Joints, a N/P School, & Presidential Library. You pay a huge sum of money to be conducted round the facility. Infact, it is a recreational centre.

The only charitable venture in that compound is the American Window Workspace fully funded by the Government of USA.
