stop being silly , I have used schengen visa very well and I can tell you by hands most of the European city are dwarf city . Germany for example has many dwarf villages and States with the exception of berlin and frankfurt. So the copenhagen and sweden . This city are well built even more than London yet they are dwarf. Skyscraper is a priority of those with less land .

There is practically no need for them unless in some cases , it is build for icon purpose. And in that case some few ones are available in accra , and it seems AMA is trying to put up the idea of having more of it in the city( though not recommended).
