I am not sure you refer to Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), UK, coz i dont think there is anything like Associate Membership. However, you can always join CIPS as a student member and begin your journey from Level 4 (Diploma in Procurement and Supply). Good thing is, if you join as a student member, your name gets into the CIPS register and anyone can confirm your membership using your full names or membership number. If that makes sense to you, you can consider using it as way to show professional affiliation to the supply chain endeavour
