I have not had time to reply you cos I was busy. But I'd like to p.....
1. You advertised a Synix 1hp AC which you claimed was about 2 months old/used. So I chatted you up and indicated interest. I needed 2 units, a 1.5hp and the Synix 1hp(that was what caught my attention in the 1st place)
2. I transferred 310,000 Naira to you on the 17/12/2023 same day indicated interest, 145k for the 1hp Syinix and 165k for a 1.5hp (you said Hisense and Haier Thermocool were available) I said I preferred the Hisense
3. Stories started, you asked for patience as the units were yet to be uninstalled. 10 days later on the 27/12/2023 I was the one who followed up on you via WhatsApp to know what was going on.
4. On the 29th of December you reached out to me that you were ready to move the items but will wrap them 1st. You said you needed to make a comparison between GiG and Benue Links and would go with the cheapest option.
5. On the same 29/12/23 you shared a video at GiG office of a wrapped 1.5hp Haier Thermocool and another AC that I couldn't tell but assumed it was the 1hp Syinix I had paid for and said they were charging 47,900 to move the items to my location which we both agreed it was on the high side
6. You said you bought kit for the 1.5hp at the cost of 17k and I transferred 50k to you the next day 30/12/2023 to cover the cost and any other cost you may incur
7. Since it was becoming increasingly difficult for you to get another cheaper means of moving the items to me( Benue Links told you they had to cancel bus 2 seats in order to move the items, and the cost was almost the same as what GiG quoted). I reached out to a logistics company in my location to get their address in Lagos and contact number, which I sent to you.
8. After a lot of following up, you finally moved the items to the logistics company on the 8/1/2024 and the I received them on the 13/1/24.
9. Items were in a sorry state with scratches and dirt as they were not protected or wrapped at all. Even 100 Naira groundnut comes in a polythene bag
10. The ACs you sent were not what I paid for and were different from the ones you took to GiG and shared a video of. I paid for a 1hp Syinix and 1.5hp Haier Thermocool but you sent a 1hp Royal and 1.5hp Syinix
11. I enquired to know the reason for the swap and you claimed you did it for my good because they were cleaner. How can a buyer pay for an item and wait for over 3weeks only for you to change it without informing him?
12. The ACs you sent to me are at least 2 years used and will sell for half the price you sold me. I still have to buy more accessories as the 1hp did not come with a wall hanger (you claimed your "boys" forgot to include it) and the kit accompanying it is useless since it is for 1.5hp and all bent
13. I wrote that I had a bad experience and others buying from outside Lagos should either send someone to physically inspect what they are paying for or be careful and you call me names for spending more than 300k on the bullshit you sold to me.
