Printme: Male child always need his father? You learnt that from a movie not life? Not sure what you mean. Depending on the community especially rural traditional there are many many father figures. It is clear many young people today have little grounding or knowledge of our culture especially in the South and rural.areas .Urban areas are different . Many people !I've in the same house with their father till adulthood and do not have a relationship. It is not about geographical availability but modelling and mentoring availability. A good example is life in the Army barracks in the 70s and 80s 4 Likes |

No man will ever want to settle and train another man's. Good evening Boss. The above statement you put here is not true. Stop generalizing stuff you don't know. Speak in regards to the film not real life in general. You are not in every man's mind. 3 Likes |

Vulcan24: He is talking about raising children, what makes a widow different from a single never married mother in terms of child raising? A widow is a single mother who has lost her husband, she's single, she's a mother, their father is absent and she's doing all by her self. So what's the difference. 4 Likes |

Nitabb:No they can't. Because women control access to sex, except in rare case of rape... If women don't open their legs to irresponsible men (usually due to greed and stupidity), they won't get impregnated by them. More so, most women know what to do if they don't want to keep a pregnancy. IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET IMPREGNATED BY AN IRRESPONSIBLE MAN AND EVEN WENT FURTHER TO GIVE BIRTH FOR HIM, IT'S YOUR BUSINESS AND HEADACHE. LEARN TO CLOSE YOUR LEGS! 1 Like |

tiswell:Daddy issues happen whether people are married or not. A man often transmits his bad relationship with his father to his children even if he stays married till he dies. Many sons avoid their fathers in old age even from unbroken homes It is a simple statistical fact . Most Nigerians do not marry outside wedlock yet we have a high level of prostitution, drug abuse, gambling, robbery, kidnapping etc. Are we to blame single mothers for our ugly reality? You know when people make such a categorical and absolute statement about everything you know you Are either listening to a child or a fool Statistics are clear in a country like Nigeria most Repeat MOST of the people doing all evil.thing were raised by both parents just like you would expect Most of the people in Nigeian prisons to be Nigerian 1 Like |

Biglittlelois:For the fact that women control access to sex, except in the rare cases of rape, woman will always take the blame and accountability for their sexual relationship mistakes. You control access to sex You also control and know what to do if you don't want to keep a pregnancy. What happened to all the options? What happened to keeping your legs closed. If you choose to spread your legs for irresponsible men (usually due to greed and stupidity) and allow them to IMPREGNATE you and you even went further into birthing the children, IT'S YOUR HEADACHE AND BUSINESS. 1 Like |

KingNom: Ok. But the people who became Christians in New Testament times did not say what you're telling us to say out loud to get saved. I think you need to read the book of Acts to learn what people do to become saved. Acts 2; 3:1—4:4; 8:5-12; 8:9-13; 8:26-39; 9:1-22; 16:9-14; 16:16-34. Read Mark 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16. |

DeepSight:some of you don't have simple comprehensive sense. Children from single mothers tend to be the bad eggs. It didn't say children from single mothers will always be bad eggs. If you raised a child alone as a mother, the chances that that boy will become a criminal or a drug addict is very high compared to when that boy is raised by the father. This doesn't mean that the boy will always turn out to be fine. Why I dey even explain self when you go talk another rubbish again? Mtcheeeeew 1 Like |

Scholace:and you think you're making sense? Tendency to be bad doesn't mean it'll always be bad. If a single mother and father raises a child differently, the chances that one of the child will become a criminal is higher on the mother's child. It doesn't mean that it'll always happen 1 Like |

tete7000: What are the types of 'motherhood status'? The society clearly has a title for them. This is why NGO's and other organizations always prioritize 'widows' and don't give a damn about 'single mothers'. Furthermore, someone can refer to their mom as ’widowed mother'. I have heard people use it before and it is not odd. 1 Like |

The movie is similar to Gangs of Lagos where igbo character gets to die for whatever reasons. Ifeanyi was killed in Gangs of Lagos while Emeka was equally killed in A tribe called Judah. Coincidence? You tell me. |
