Good day guys and Happy New Year, Please who know the transcript process in Australia? Do they usually require international students to send transcript directly from the University in Nigeria to the University in Australia? I am asking because I want to commence Transcript process in UNIBEN, options are 1. Send to my company in Lagos and use the copy to apply online 2. Send directly to Deakin University from UNIBEN. Thank You. 1 Like |

Hello everyone, i got a mail from Department of home affairs requesting for further health examination, in this case, do i need to book for another medicals or just walk into IOM for further checks? |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by AKASBABA1: 4:49am On Jan 09 |
Hossana123: You don't have to schedule a new appointment for further medical examination; you can revisit your previous medical appointment center. Based on past experiences, there's typically no need to pay extra fees for this. 1 Like |

Good day people, Please if someone applies for a course that’s not on the PR list or the skilled occupation list for migration and end up working in a job (let’s assume the job is on a work visa) that’s not on the same list. Is there any other pathway to become a permanent resident? I’m asking because I want to apply for public health or financial crime and fraud investigation but I don’t see a path to the future PR |

Good Day All, I need honest reponses and opinions regarding my issue. I am a School of nursing graduate with 6 years of experience. I want to work in Australia but the exam locations makes things difficult. Now I want to go through the student route and hopefully do the conversion program. Am I eligible? What should I do? |

AussieJoan:Not surprised. I guess it's due to the governments new proposed changes. Seen a high rejection rate lately. I can imagine what it will look like when the changes are implemented. My advise to prospective students is to package a very strong application or don't bother applying. |

Hi guys, kindly help respond to this. Considering the fact that there are more visa refusals now and currently working in a financial crime and fraud investigation role. I’m thinking one should just apply for masters in same field but it’s not a PR course. What are the future implications? Hello people, please help [sub][/sub] stevepeter2100: 1 Like |

Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by penitential(m): 10:40pm On Jan 22 |
I do not see any connection between the new policy and this refusal. Most of the policies that are to be implemented are not directly geared toward incoming students. It’s majorly against those who are in the system already with study visa trying to regularize their stay. I can tell that this application denied has some loop hole that’s visible to the VO. Because, construction management is a very good course that’s highly in demand. And one of their immigration objectives is to bring in more construction workers. For study permit currently, there are some major pointers that’s been looked into, as regards economic situation of the country. If those loopholes are found in any application, it’s outright rejection. All the best to everyone. NB1912: |
