You can say that again

Guys take whatever you want with this

But our wingers can’t dribble and create separation to save their lives

Onyedika is average asf he plays like who’s been told what to do like the guy can’t express himself aside sideway passes

We can’t cross ball to save our lives

I pray this luck keeps taking us further and further amen
Naaa I don't want a team that depends on luck to win.

Equatorial Guinea have been consistent performers at the AFCON over about a decade now, but they are usually underrated before the start of every AFCON, same with Cape Verde. But they usually turn up
That's true

Last AFCON, CIV beat them narrowly

If you have eyes then you wouldn't be a stern supporters of Aribo or Iwobi. They are not midfielders

by the time E-Guinea was leading CIV with 3 goals which I think our coach was aware of, cos with that result we were already through on our end, why did he not try out the strikers we had on the bench to experiment with a plan b for the attack? is it when we are seriously under pressure in a knock-out game he will start experimenting again

Alhassan is light years ahead of rapheal onyedicka

Nope Al-hassan is not light years ahead of Onyedika...

if not for the rubbish coaching crew and staff the SE refuses to replace.

Al-hassan, Iwobi, Onyeka and Onyedika are all meant to be starting matches.

they compliment each others attributes but the coaching crew is incompetent.

so how com we still draw the match..

The argument is about past and present terms
It’s the terms being used not the results

If a kid in class always takes first place

And one they you match up to him and both you and the kid are first place would you say the kid finally caught up to you or you finally caught up to the kid

We came from behind so we drew with them that’s the correct term that’s my point

If you start all 4 of them even if that’s possible who’s gonna replace them because last i remember we were short handed in midfield

We can face any of Senegal, guinea or Cameroon in the round of 16

Jose Peseiro should watch last seasons goals from Osimhen & Napoli, try to setup eagles like that if he wants Osimhen to be on the score sheet regularly
Otherwise bring in Moffi
Chances are not been converted
What is going on
Our wingers aren’t quick enough and can’t even cross
Let natural right footers play from the right and left footers at the left.
Hoping we don’t pay for all the missed chances in the knockout stages
We are playing 5 at the back because the coach doesn’t trust his defense to hold if they play 4 - 3 -3

It's safe to say that the lacklustre performance of some players in midfield for the Super Eagles is as a result of the coach's formation.

Using a 2 man midfield completely handicaps players especially players like Aribo who are not even physical; even Iwobi struggled in midfield against CIV.
Na lie. No be two man midfield anything

Fear. That's all. If they need a win to qualify and they play us last. We go loose

oga na lie…i go rather believe with Ghana or senegal…u see this Equatorial guinea…if we play again na still draw or make we pip them a slim win…forget all these yeye 4goals they are scoring

Hmmm, maybe it is not Osihmen's tournament afterall. Or maybe he needs someone else upfront with him because he is having it really bad. I don't know what others are watching but I would rather play like this and keep winning that play entertaining football and lose.
The team is not playing pretty football but they have 7 points. We were expecting them not to qualify but they have done so.
We need competition in the goalkeeping department.
Osimhen is our most dangerous forward. He doesn't just have players at his class around him.

So far so good, we have the best defensive record at the AFCON. As earlier stated, our transition from defence to Attack is good however we need to be more clinical and work on decision making in the final third. I hope to see drastic improvement in the coming stages.

I don't believe so. Even though we ended up with a worse record in 2013, our group was tough. Zambia had won the previous tournament and B Faso was a really good team(By African standards). As was evident we both ended up in the finals. But to be fair there weren't many tournaments when we started well.

bros go and check EQG last 3afcon and you will know we faced a team in the shape of B/faso of 2013…shey its penalty 2-0 u won against baby Ethiopia u wanna hype…these things happening now is jus like a replica of 2013…2013 team also we’re wasteful in the group stage…
