Move NNPC to the Niger Delta.
Ministry of Agriculture to Benue
National Coal Corporation to Enugu
Defence to Kaduna, etc.
That way Abuja will be decongested and the regions will develop faster.

Finally, Abuja is FCT. It doesn't belong to the anybody. It belongs to everyone. so it's curious that a that a particular section of the country is trying to appropriate it now; but then again, it's also understandable, given how the former FCT, Lagos, has now been appropriated.

The CBN Staff that are traveling to Lagos for like 2 months for supervision of banks since that's where 90% of the Bank headquarters are, are those profiting from this.

Some would be in hotel for 2 to 3 months and then return to Abuja after. The cost is heavy but I think digital way of getting the supervision done without having to go there should be explored.
