They asked Fubara to withdraw his suit in court but they didn't withdraw theirs. As soon as he withdrew his, they asked the FHC judge to enter judgement in their favour against Fubara and the judge did.

Fubara should concentrate on delivering good governance to the citizens.... He has to double up efforts in this regards so that he can win the hearts of the masses.... If the citizens are on his side irrespective of whatever party, then he can ultimately win...
