Price of dollar is 1390 this government is doing well. Joke apart if dangote would have prioritised production of pms and port harcourt have started by now, we would've seen the impact. One question I keep asking is, are our leaders not aware of the problems we are facing or they don't want to solve it asap?

For a country that is heavily dependent on importation, strengthening the Naira will reduce inflation by a wide margin. First, it will reduce the cost of importing fuel and foreign goods. Once fuel price reduces locally, prices will go down and cost of imported goods will go down. The 2 economic mistakes of this administration were made within the first week of assumption of duty: the subsidy is gone announcement, floating the naira. Unfortunately, fuel price is one of the key indexes that controls price of commodities in Nigeria because we are heavily dependent on petrol and diesel powered vehicles, it's also our major source of electrical power!
