Either Alex oti of LP or sanwo olu of APC or Wike of pdp.
Every governors perform based on their resource allocation (not ruling out their despicable acts).
What you see is what you want to see.
You can chose to focus on the 20%(based on party affiliation or other reasons) good of what a governor is doing and to you he's the best governor in Nigeria the best after toast bread
Or a government can be 50% good but all you see is the bad side.
It's all fair in being biased, the reason while I'll never blame any governors or blame their supporters or opposers.

And one of the reasons you shouldn't expect much change from any Nigeria government, if positive change will happen, it'll be painstaking slow and takes decades.
Hence I don't see Nigeria getting better not in the next 5 years or 10 no matter who's at the helms of affairs

What makes a governor better in nigeria is : resources allocation, various bias, propagandas and what you choose to see.

For example abia state are known to have the worst cross of governors, but they have the lowest poverty rate of all the 36. Highest literacy rate, better health care provision and toping most indices of HDI. They are term the worst government in the SE.

Being a better government is what you see or propagandas perceived (obi and tinubu is a typical example, made to seems like the best governors in their states after slice bread)

when this man became the governor through the back door( through the dead of Abubakar Audu - may his soul rest in peace - Amen) against the Lagos boy(James Faleke), i was so happy not just for him but the fact that we finally have a youth as governor of a state, and the fact that the Lagos boy did not succeed.
