Nigeria’s crude oil production as at September 2023 is around 1.3m barrels per day and Dangote’s refinery has a capacity of 650k barrels per day .

Yes, Nigeria has enough to give but I don’t know if Dangote is obliged to get all his crude from Nigeria or he is at liberty to buy from any other country that sells crude .

I also don’t know if Nigeria is obliged to sell all he needs to him or they have other long standing buyers they need to sell to first which will affect what they will be able to sell to Dangote eventually.
