Look for a landed property close to u that hv prospect but n keep for a while and resale(do ur due diligence before committing ur cash ok if possible involve ur lawyer

Look for a joint venture like someone have a land u build rentable selfcon or any in demand apartment style in the neighborhood in question and rent out .this arrangement between u and d land owner will be tenured

Rent a property that hv close proximity to high traffic or transit district and tidy up the place and use for short let apartments.(this too is tenured as well.
