Glory to God now my VISA is out but it’s expiring in December 2024

I will not argue with your point rather I’ll give you some food for thoughts, I am not far from you in my expenses because I am in a self sponsored Master’s program.

According to them it started from 22 January 2024...

The new policy came into effect 22nd of Jan.

Even your bolded comment is confusing and misleading..do you even understand what is current application...so according to you, if have submitted application to ircc before 31 march 2024..once it is 31 march 2024..the new rule affect you..

You are more interested in attacking opinions without willing to learn. Admission obviously wouldn't be affected as letter of attestation is to be issued by provinces. Through the modalities are still been worked out and a deadline of March 31st at most to work out how the letters of attestation will be issued have been set. It's possible letter of attestation could come out before then. So chill

Send your new acceptance letter through webform to ircc, then apply for study permit extension after you enter Canada.

Admission is not on hold because they will be of no effect if the student is not able to secure PPR from IRCC. Infact it is precisely why IRCC is capping the number of students per province, which will also cap the number of admissions a school can make. Schools cannot be issuing LOAs without restraint again.

I spoke with two representative of schools here in Canada and I was told to go ahead with my application that it does not affect those that have LOA till 31st of March.
