1. Contact the Registrar office in your school for confirmation of Result.

2. Registrar must send from his official email to ess@education.gov.ng and CC: laurethapa@yahoo.com in the same mail

Contact your sch ask them to send the mail to the official address and then copy to the second after you have scanned your 2 certificate (Bsc & transcript to them) to ur sch, after confirming that your sch have sent to the emails, you can come over to Abuja, it will be will be printed out to you then you attached it to your documents after u have done online upload and gotten appointment date, but if you can't come I can assist you do that, you can check my signature, the procedure have change now, it came into active effect today, please even you want to come Abuja make sure you confirm, that your sch have sent the mail, and some sch charge money for the comfirmation, some respond quickly why some dont.

NPC was established in 1992. You can’t use that small grey paper certificate because you were born in 1988. That’s before NPC was established.

Somebody who is, at least, 8 years above your age must do age declaration for you in a competent law court. Don’t do it at magistrate courts o or at courts where they don’t usually come to work.

Let your declarant go to state High Court of Federal High Court where their staff normally come to work regularly.

After getting the age declaration done, your delarant can then proceed to NPC to get a birth certificate for you on their letter-head that would include the passport of your declarant.

The person declaring for you would be the one Austrian lawyer would talk to and the person must know 99% things about you.

It’s better the person is your family member or uncle or aunt etc. don’t use your friends o.

Also, DONT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE PERSON’S (DECLARANT’S) NAME ON THE FORM YOU FILL THAT YOUR ARE SUBMITTING AT THE EMBASSY, AS PART OF YOUR RELATION. OF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, THE EMBASSY LAWYER WILL PICK IT AGAINST YOU AND TOU WILL HAVE TO DO ANOTHER AGE DECLARATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PAY ANOTHER 200k TO THE EMBASSY.

SO, MAKE SURE YOU STATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PERSON ON THE FORM TOO AND IT HAS TO CONFORM WITH THE ONE YOU USE ON THE AGE DECLARATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

u have to go der moe..... they will check ur bsc cert ... nd they contact your registrar(with the official registrar's mail that u wl giv 2 them) to verify if really the cert is issued by ur school... just have a contact ready at ur registrar office .. to help to fasten the reply to the mail that will be sent to them(I.e ur school).. by moe... once ur school have replied.. the process won't take time..

But I just heard that there is an update on this information, it is the applicant that will send an email to his/her university, requesting them to verify the bsc and transcript and send back to MOE.

How do we get an appointment date apart from guys asking us to chat them in private? How do we go about the Ministry of Education latest development regarding credentials verification ? Who has done it successfully ? Can one spouse and child follow the main applicant to Austria immediately ? Let's help each other on this thread bikonu. I don't like the way this thread has moved to second tier instead of front page on travel section.

because in my case , my mum went to a fed high court to declare affidavit of age on my behalf on the 29th of december, 2023 and attest of birth from NPC was done on the 4th of january, 2024. will this be acceptable by the embassy for verification?

It is not a requirement, it can be done different days, all you need to do is to make sure that the signature your mum sign, in the affidavit she would be able to replicate it when the law shows up.

Please can I go do the Age declaration myself at the high court and bring to my declarant to sign?(not a must the declarant must be the one to go do it right?)

Also the attestation of birth can be done in NPC Lagos right? Is this after the declarant signs on the age declaration form? Will it be needed at NPC?

It is not necessary, what Austria embassy and lawyers is after is you doing it properly, in the sense that the declarant must be able to replicate what he or she signs in the affidavit, if not the person shd get ready to pay another 200k for verification

You can do your age declaration any day and go for your NPC Attestation of birth that same day or another day, it is all accepted.

The declarant signature is not need in your Attestation of birth, use the age declaration you gotten from court to approach NPC.
The collect the declarant signature and other information, that what you need to do the age declaration in court
The one from maitama high court in Abuja is highly recommended and widely accepted by all the embassy, because it can be scanned and variable, so they have same in Lagos too, you can go for that type, not the manual one.
