LibertyRep: Good question. That's why Atiku was shouting last week and no other person backed him up. They recently sold 12 billion of our future crude value for 3 billion dollars. This country is gone. Totally gone. 4 Likes |

TOTAL NON-SENSE TALK. IGNORANCE OF THE HIGHEST ORDER. A COUNTRY PRODUCES A COMMODITY IT HAS NO ABILITY OR RIGHT TO TOUCH . WHERE IS THAT DONE ? WHERE IS YOUR INTEGRITY DEAR COMPATRIOT ? IF YOU BUY CRUDE FROM SOMEWHERE WITH DOLLARS AND WITH THE WAY OUR NAIRA IS NOSE DIVING, HOW CAN THE PRICE OF FUEL DROP FOR NIGERIANS ? HOW THEN WILL NIGERIANS EVEN ASK FOR A DROP IN PRICE OF FUEL ? |

eddyline:Omokri is trying too hard to get noticed by president Tinubu. He is desperately seeking for appointment that has now taken up the role of unofficial government spokes man. His excuse of Dangote buying crude from US because of future contracts is hogwash. Thar will only pass for Nigerians without knowledge of what obtains in the oil industry. Appart from futures contracts of crude oil sales, there is the spot market. The government is very active is the sport sakes of crude oil. One the spot market, the government can sell to anyone and at any price without a contract. Furthermore, Nigeria has its allocated OPEC quota for local consumption. What happens to Nigeria's local crude oil allocations? Is it also sold under futures contract, sold on the spot market or simply stolen. 3 Likes |

So we will soon switch from importing refine fuel to importing raw crude from USA. It is well, so all the noise about saving a lot of forex when Dangote refinary begins operation is pure fluke as the new revelation is that the scarce forex will now be use to import crude for Dangote refinary. As for Reno Omockery, he is as useless as the O in Omockery, he should just remove that O, so that his real name will show face. 4 Likes |

ILoveNG:You people are ever ready to support every nonsense coming from any nicompoop provided it suits your fancy. How much is dollar today under the sophisticated builder of worlds? Insecurity of lives and properties has crept into every nook and cranny of this society, what solution are you bringing to curb it? Are you waiting till they bomb Lagos government house before you move? What about the acute japa syndrome? What solution are you and your leaders bringing to curb it? Only a fool sees any hope for a country already hijacked by a few who claim to love Nigeria. I will support any ethnic group who says enough is enough because those recycling the leadership of the country have failed woefully even the blind can see. Bigger fools keep doing the same things over and over again while expecting a different result. 4 Likes |

DenreleDave:Stupidity is when you are so obsessed with a candidate that has moved on. The dollar to naira is 1500 and your Stupidity is making you focus on a candidate that has moved on. A country that was doing crude oil swap just to import refined products due to none functional refinery...lol now has a functional refinery and now they no longer have crude to supply the refinery so they have to import...smh. Your level of foolishness knows no bounds. 5 Likes |

cjfavour:This is off point and irrelevant to our present predicament. Are you happy fuelling your vehiclea and generators with N600 petrol and buying dollars at N1500 at the same time? Dangote refinery was meant to relieve some pressure on the Naira by sourcing crude locally Does it make sense to use dollars to be importing crude from US again? 1 Like |

Please just one question for this Mr Know all Reno. So if the two National refineries that are being "patched" starts production, they will still buy crude oil from Venezuela or Iran because we have contracted our crude oil well into the future? 6 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerians are not supposed to enjoy anything. This is the great tribulation, and this is the tail end of it. Revelation 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. Judah fled into the wilderness, into the interiors of Africa, and they are called Nigerians today, receiving nourishment from the face of the fiery flying serpent. I have been wondering how they are gong to spin this dangote refinery to inflict more economic pain on Nigerians, to ensure it does not benefit us economically, or in any other way, so now we have it. The people in the throes of the great tribulation are not supposed to enjoy anything; there is no enjoyment in hell, Nigeria, Judah, the headquarters of worldwide multidimensional, intertwined, interconnected, multiconnected poverty, and the capital of open defecation of the whole world, is in hell. Moab, aka China, that is supposed to be feeding Nigerians aka Judah, during this trying times, have made a poor job of it; were is the Naira/Yuan currency swap agreement that was signed with so much funfair in 2015? Isaiah 16:4 Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land. So when our 4 refineries were working, were we not still selling crude oil in the international market, and still supplying the refineries? In my prophecy for 2024 that made FP, I have already told you, if we do not see David, there will be no respite for Nigerians, the tribe of Judah. |

Nauttyprof: When they use crude oil for repayment of loans the future contract for crude oil sale wasn't considered ooooo. This your comment is not smart, OPEC quota is for production to ensure that the price is controlled due to controlled demand so that the cartel members reap maximum benefits from the sale, even as we speak Nigeria has not met its quota in 3 or 4 years now due to oil theft. The question is what are the details of a future oil sales contract that Nigeria made and at what price? What was the price of crude oil then? The reason why I am asking this is because we only saw a sharp rise in crude oil price from the start of the Ukraine war, and so if all these years a future contract was taken at what price was it taken because oil prices have been low for sometime before the Ukraine war, so a future contract would have been disadvantageous to Nigeria. We should not believe the BS this Reno guy is spewing. |

Omokri like jumping and making statements on things he is not fully conversant with.. Are there no private oil wells in Nigeria that can sell to the private Dangote refinery❓ Nigeria that under Buhari, bunkerers used to bring large capacity ship tankers to steal crude from Nigeria with the active connivance of the security forces. Mr Man, you better park well❗️❗️ |
