Let all BDCs shut down. They are the clear enemies of the economy in this FX problem. They need total monitoring. Monitor everything that goes in and comes out. Every transaction. Make dollar transactions and payments illegitimate in Nigeria. Except you're doing a foreign payment/transaction. |
