headboyprince: My brother she or he is actually right until I came before I believed. See a lots of families that relocated last year or two are stranded. Like stranded having exhausted their funds. This are people that sold cars, houses, land and earning over 1m here in Nigeria... Combine salary of wife and husband.. . I my self I have spent almost 30m via education rout if given just half of that money now... I swear I go return back. Please don't allow anyone sell Hollywood movies to u. The only time I will say come is when a company employed u and do ur visa.. What they called skilled visa. Once u land they start paying. Other than that my brother I have seen a lot here. 11 Likes |

Who is mocking who? Check our www.cspan.org and listen to Washington Journal in the morning. You will hear enough lamentations. My point is simple...all that glitters is not gold. The pain and suffering you are talking about is happening all over the world. Some have housing vouchers, food stamp support, organizations that supply food and donate food...yet the same abroad ...look up homeless populations, level of violence, drug use and so on....kidnappings nko, you will think it doesn't exist but it happens in sane countries. My point is...let no one sell you paradise...anyone that want to japa should japa, and face the consequences of what you see...don't believe in fake news and misinformation. faceland: 2 Likes |

CockPit: Also pray hard that after making money kidnappers doesn't eat it after raping and killing hostage. Imagine after suffering to earn, you have to pray to God for protection because their is no justice for the weak here. 1 Like |

If the person telling you not to travel is still overseas (meaning they haven't vex and say "foooq this, I am going back to my fatherland"), don't dwell on what they say (strictly for rising Nigerians not big men trying to start all over again overseas). 4 Likes |

ogbonti: See I have seen lecturers, bankers, engineers,, nurses, who sold houses, lands cars etc but still like a year now no job... Like I have discussed with them on one on one. We shared gist and they voice their frustration and only hope it gets better some day here. Some families are fighting saying to each other na u make me leave my job come. Am not saying this to those who wishes to travel but no fund. Mam talking to those millionaires that might think of selling their house not to try it. Please if you are reading this please don't sell ur house. And if u must travel have skills like carpenter, joiner, welder, plumber this skills we look down on in Nigeria and get certification to in that field to back it up 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Animegirl: If your future lies in the hands of this nation, then the future of the nation should lie in your hands. This is not time to sit on your hands moping. This is the time to turn the challenges into opportunities. Envying people that have left the country is not wise. For even they are not free from the rat race and lifestyle of survival. 3 Likes |

RepoMan007: Even with the acclaimed low paying jobs, people are still living decently. There is no significant gap between the rich and the poor. A warehouse operative can afford same apartment that a banker rents. Anyone can afford buying a car through manual jobs. Living abroad has its own challenges but the difference is clear if one wants to be sincere. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
