No. The world is yet to get over Morocco's stunning performance at the last WC so I guess the Americans are banking on taking advantage of their marketability to lure sponsors.

But I would have advised them to wait for the AFCON to end and then invite the reigning champions of Africa.

I guess they rate the WC semifinals higher than the AFCON trophy.

I still think they should have waited for the final. Imagine Nigeria won and they invited us.
