INEC does not need to write any result. Obi can never win.

Best bet is for him to align under Atiku to try depose Tinubu

The only candidate that can beat Tinubu at this point is a unified PDP under candidate with name recognition of either Atiku or Buhari

That is the truth. You don't need to like it but it's the truth. Just like I told folks that a splintered Obi and Atiku is the best gift to APC, same will it be in 2027
Be deceiving yourself there, Tinubu as President will not loose Re-Election. Whether the Candidate is Buhari, Atiku or any other Northern candidate, Tinubu's Inec will write result in favour of Tinubu and the Supreme Court will affirm it later on. This is not about Peter Obi, this is how Tinubu plays politics....

May Allah in his infinite mercies keep away situations that will force anyone to grovel before that worm in the name of job hunting.

You can tell that this is a terrible human being to start with. From that expose you have the initial impression of a bigot with a megalomaniacal complex. I don see employers like this guy for this life and when you see them, na to turn Ben Johnson naim be my next option

Nothing is wrong
It's a contract the applicant can agree or disagree to terms and conditions

All these are not based on numbers

Tinubu can lose reelection if the opposition plays their card properly

Buhari one of the most popular candidates that his name is almost a religion as incumbent president only defeated Atiku by 3m votes. Tinubu does not have Atikus cult following.

My points are always based on facts on ground

If you believe the INEC thing then Obi nor anyone should not bother contesting and you shouldn't bother to vote

Bros that is how most employment are. Infact it's a law in Texas. At will employment. You can fire an employee anytime for any reason or for no reason.

It's simple "Your goals and company goals are not aligned and we regret to tell you that your employment is terminated immediately"

I guess this part shocks Nigerians when they come abroad. You can chat laugh with your boss at 1pm and at 1:30 you receive call from HR and pack your bags and leave

Why is that a problem? He is paying for the 8hrs and he needs to know what you are doing 100% of the time you are at work

He is not with your physically and to do remote work you need to constantly communicate with him everytime

You cannot be remote, your manage sends IM to you and you don't reply in 30mins, that's a problem

I work in Texas and used that law. It's like that in most places.

Company can just decide your job is not making enough profit for them or not adding value. You lose the job instantly

I intentionally brought this here because there is a difference in work ethics/expectations between Nigeria and abroad

I have a friend who went to work in Canada recent immigrant. And by end of day the manager just told him don't come back tomorrow, your last paycheck will be sent

He told me all his years working in Nigeria he never went to work fearing for his job but in Canada everyday he resumes na constant fear of being fired

I actually know the poster, we lived in the same room at OAU though 2yrs junior.

PA work has always been based on the personal preference of the exec. If an Exec no even like the colour of their PA toenail, they will get rid of them. And HR will always support the sack of the PA and payoff the PA whatever the ex-gratia cost.

My former CEO had a PA that works from home and organisers her diary and meetings from home. The current CEO insists that her PA jumps in the car or train with her, travelling upandan the country for meetings and is always dictating to the PA while she is driving. The PA will be sitting in the passenger seat typing while the CEO is driving and dictating. Same job, different CEOs. I have even seen PA curling hair of a previous CEO in the morning like 10 years ago. Na why I say na gum body work, no be average employee.
