Government owns most of the lands at Ridge and as that wants to develop that place.

Airport city though Government lands the plan is to give it to private people to develop the place which to me is a good plan

1st phase is fully developed
2nd phase is seeing some nice projects
3rd phase for now is empty. They cleared the entire land not too long ago

Kente as we all know comes in different colours. You see that chaple behind the mall? that Kente colour on the building even looks better.
