Do that each time you are about to sleep and tell yourself that you want to step outside your body and experience reality as Soul.

Do it repeatedly at exact same time nightly and do not be afraid. You will bilocate at initial stage, and if when you are still your body scratches you, do not respond. Lie down as if dead, facing your ceiling. The scratching will happen 3 times. It is the mind sending signal to body to confirm if it is asleep before consciousness drifts to alternate reality.
