Nigeria has almost 20% share in Dangote refinery so its not totally private

Orient petroleum is an oil exploration firm, which has never claimed to own a refinery. They drill crude oil from Anambra state and sell, just like Shell, Chevron, Eni and other oil firms does in other places. Stop propagating lies to cover the ineptitude of your paymasters
