That's why I mentioned Akpabio separately because, he has a case already but, still walks free. Before the election, Akpabio was invited and he claimed to have cardiac arrhythmia and needed to see his doctors. He never honoured the invitation but, still took part in the elections and is the Senate President today. The cardiac arrhythmia didn't stop him from elections neither has it stopped him from attending plenaries and various events since then and the EFCC has forgotten about that case.

I wonder how EFCC will just be arresting people without closing the cases. They supposedly recover lots and lots of money yet we don't know what the money is used for. Lots and lots of public office holders have been arrested immediately after their tenure yet they walk freely today.
